BroomAI runs on BroomAI tokens. Every new store gets a free starting grant; when you need more, you buy a top-up pack. No subscription, no per-seat fees, and no card required to get started during beta.
BroomAI is currently in early access. The packs below are indicative — the live packs, exact token counts, and prices shown to you at checkout are the authoritative ones, and may change as the product evolves. See the Terms of Service §16 for the commercial terms.

Every store begins with a free grant of BroomAI tokens — enough to hire your team, connect your store, and let the agents do real work before you pay anything. When your balance runs low you'll see a heads-up in the dashboard; agent work pauses at a zero balance until you top up, so you're never billed by surprise.
Top-up packs
Buy tokens in one-time packs through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Bigger packs carry a better per-token rate. Tokens never expire while your account is open.

What's a BroomAI token?
A BroomAI token is the unit we meter AI work in. Each time an agent thinks, drafts a reply, or analyses your store, it uses some tokens — more for heavier reasoning, fewer for quick lookups. We weight usage by the underlying AI model so you pay in proportion to the actual cost of the work. Routine days cost very little; busy days with lots of agent activity cost more. You can watch your balance and usage any time in the dashboard.
